  • Q. I am connected to a Local Authority controlled supply. How do I select a system suited to my needs?
  • A. Local Authority controlled water supplies are closely monitored to ensure compliance with EC directives which specify safe standards of drinking water. Even though the water is perfectly safe there can be some undesirable taste or odour from the source or from chlorine used in the water treatment process which is very noticeable in drinking water and hot beverages. Your choice of system will depend on the degree of the problem that exists, drop us an email or phone and we will be happy to advise.
  • Q. I have one of your four stage systems on a town supply. How often should I change the filter cartridges?
  • A. This will depend on water quality and usage and we suggest a six monthly change or at least every year. A pressure drop can indicate that a sediment filter is clogging and as carbon filters become exhausted water quality will deteriorate.
  • Q. I live outside Ireland. Can you ship to me?
  • A. We have a standard delivery charge of €10.00 to England, Scotland and Wales for an online orders only of any size. For all other areas please email details of items you wish to purchase and your location, we will come back with a shipping quote.

  • Q. I have a problem finding some replacement part numbers on your site.
  • A. Some part numbers have been superseded over the years and where applicable the old part number is shown in brackets after the current part number. The following will assist in finding the part you require: NW2120 use NW2620, NW2915 use NW2912, NW2111 use NW2612.
